The 51 Game sign-in screen is deliberately bare. A registered number, the password that was set alongside it, and you are through to the dashboard. There is no email step and no second account to remember, which is why most problems come down to one of the two fields.
Signing in from a browser works the same way as the app, and the account is the same account either way. Switching between them does not create anything new, so use whichever is already open on the handset in front of you.

- The number is typed with a country prefix the form does not expect.

- The number has changed since the account was opened, so a reset cannot arrive.
